Born and raised in Mosman, Dr Nicole Kaplan founded OrthoCare Orthodontics in Cremorne to fulfil a desire to reconnect to the local community where she grew up. Dr Kaplan proudly serves patients from suburbs all over the Lower North Shore including Mosman, Cremorne, Neutral Bay, Crow's Nest, Cammeray, and more.

 

Dr Kaplan is a specialist orthodontist and certified Invisalign provider. She attended the University of New South Wales, where she earned a Bachelor of Medical Science and was awarded several named prizes for her academic achievements in her final year of study. She then completed a Bachelor of Dentistry at the University of Sydney. After working as a general dentist for several years on the Central Coast, Dr Kaplan moved to the United States to pursue specialist training in Orthodontics. She attended the prestigious Centre for Advanced Dental Education at Saint Louis University, in St Louis Missouri, where she completed specialty training in Orthodontics and a Masters of Science in Dentistry and Orthodontics. Dr Kaplan is registered as a Specialist Orthodontist by the Dental Board of Australia. She is also a member of the Australian Society of Orthodontics, the Australian Dental Association, and the American Association of Orthodontics.
